Amy, our virtual assistant, will guide you through our process of finding and booking a service.
Choose the type of service you are looking for. Share details of what you need so we can match you to the best available vetted and experienced providers.
2. View Profiles
Amy will serve up a curated list of providers based on your particular needs and preferences.
Ranking of providers is done by our proprietary match scoring that also takes reliability and past performance reviews into account.
You can review the recommended providers’ profiles, rates and availability.
3. Book or Interview
Book a session or schedule an interview right on the platform! Confirmation and reminder texts help keep everyone updated.
4. Enter Payment Details
To secure your session on a provider’s calendar, your credit card will be pre-authorized. Like a hotel system, payment is only charged after the completion of your sessions on a weekly basis.
Our payment processor Stripe keeps all your credit card and transaction information. We don’t hold your information on our system.
5. Receive Confirmations
Once booking request is confirmed, you will receive a text and email confirmations.

Once you have booked a session, you can easily manage - modify, cancel, and rebook - your sessions.
An itemized receipt email is sent each week recapping your sessions and listing your upcoming scheduled help.
